Prompt Support for Any Emergency

Connecting with a family physician you trust is important for your peace of mind. But when an emergency happens, you require immediate attention from an emergency room physician you may not yet know. Our goal is to ease your anxiety by providing a deeply committed care team that’s undergone rigorous training, so we can care for your condition, no matter what it is.

You may need to go to the emergency room if you or a loved one experiences any of the following symptoms:

  • Breathing issues
  • Chest pain
  • Choking
  • Complicated fractures or broken bones
  • Concussion, head or eye injury
  • Deep wounds
  • Electric shock
  • Fainting
  • Poisoning
  • Seizures
  • Severe allergic reactions
  • Severe burns
  • Stroke symptoms (facial droop, slurred speech and sudden numbness on one side of the body)
  • Suicidal thoughts
  • Vomiting blood

If you’re experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately.

A Guide for Your Health Care Journey

We work to heal you quickly, so you can return to your life. But when you need additional care after you leave the emergency room, we’ll provide support through a dedicated care navigator. Think of your care navigator as your health care liaison. From helping you understand your condition and next steps to scheduling follow-up appointments and coordinating information across your care team, they will be a constant resource during your recovery.
